When you contact us or place an order with us, we collect the following information: Form of address, first name, surname Postal address E-mail address Telephone number (landline / mobile) Bank details Contract data Billing data These data are collected in order to carry out your order (customer order) for correspondence and scheduling with you (by telephone, by e-mail) so that we can identify you as our customer for the preparation of quotations and invoices where applicable, for the conduct of advertising measures for the settlement of any liability claims and for the assertion of any claims against you The data processing takes place at your request and is necessary under Art. 6(1) sentence 1 (b) GDPR for the stated purposes in order to handle and process your order.
