Together with Würth, ENKO Software GmbH & Co. KG has developed an interface for exchanging item catalogs, purchase order documents and follow-up documents in order to minimize your manual purchasing processes.

An electronic document flow lets you exchange your orders and the associated documents digitally with Würth.

With the optional order control process, you can continue to use your usual Würth touchpoints (sales rep, web shop, app) as before and map and manage them in Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Item master always up to date

By importing and processing your Würth product catalog including prices, you can start ordering directly in next to no time. Updates to the product catalogs save you the recurring manual maintenance of individual C-parts.

Electronic procurement

Send purchase orders to Würth electronically with a single click. Purchase requests keep you in control and on top of your familiar Würth touchpoints.

Transparency in procurement – overview of the delivery

The planned goods receipt date is transmitted from the Würth system to Business Central. If you use locations that require goods receipt, a goods receipt is created automatically for further processing.

Digital invoicing

The invoice is transmitted digitally from Würth to Business Central and a purchase invoice is created. You always have the option of reviewing the automatically created invoice and posting it for good. That way you stay in control.
