Your profile
We are looking for a marketing manager who runs our lead campaigns independently and makes sure our sales team has the best possible chance of generating promising appointments. If you have a knack for marketing, you have come to the right place. You will build and maintain an authentic brand presence on our website and on LinkedIn and supply sales with the material it needs in the form of flyers, brochures and whitepapers.
What you will move with us
Lead campaigns and sales support
Developing and running lead campaigns that generate qualified leads for sales to convert into orders.
Brand Management
Building and maintaining a strong brand presence and making sure our brand guidelines are followed.
Content Marketing
Independently and creatively producing audience-specific content on custom software, consulting, ERP implementations and more, adapted to digital and analog communication channels.
Copywriting
Writing press releases, news and social media posts as well as articles for our website.
Social Media
Building and maintaining our social media channels (LinkedIn, mailings, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), including campaign planning and execution.
Campaign management
Updating and maintaining our website (WordPress) as well as planning, running and monitoring marketing campaigns with digital tools (SEO, SEA, social media, email marketing).
Collaboration
Working closely with sales and design to implement the marketing strategy in the best possible way and to promote every measure across departments.
Digital transformation
Using and implementing modern marketing technologies to drive the digital transformation of our marketing further.
What convinces us
Experience in content marketing
You can create content for different channels independently and creatively, and it speaks to our target groups.
Language skills
Business-fluent German and English.
Social media skills
You know your way around platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
Experience in campaign management
You are familiar with WordPress and with digital marketing techniques such as SEO, SEA and email marketing.
Strong communication and teamwork skills
You work closely with other departments to reach our marketing goals.
